Gary BishopGary Bishop

Gary has over twelve years of CEO/President experience and consistently delivers top line turnaround results for growth challenged companies.  On three separate occasions he has taken company results from below $5M in revenues to over $50M resulting in market dominance.  Gary has directed eight company acquisitions and divestitures totaling over $200M in enterprise value while leading the operational mergers to market-based critical mass results in each instance.   Gary is also a proven fund raiser bringing venture capital and private equity funds to his M&A activities.   He is experienced in both publicly listed and privately held technology businesses with stints at SunGard, PLX Systems, AccessIT, and Computer Associates.   Gary has a bachelors of science in Physics and Mathematics and an MBA from Pepperdine University.  Gary is a United States Citizen.

Paren KnadjianParen Knadjian

A three time CEO/COO, Paren has over twenty years of P&L executive management experience with a tangible track record of increasing revenues and creating profitability in entrepreneurial, high-growth, and large corporate environments. Paren has enjoyed significant entrepreneurial and M&A achievements by co-founding two companies which were successfully sold to trade buyers one of which was a $100m + transaction. Paren was also a driving force for a corporate team that acquired three businesses and recently helped sell a company to McDonalds Corporation. Co-founder of two software technology firms, Paren is well versed in all aspects of company formation, operations, acquisitions and divestiture. Paren holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bristol and is a British Citizen.

Graham TaylorGraham Taylor

Holding an Economics and Computer Science degree from University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, Graham has forged a unique career integrating technology with sophisticated financial asset management.  For the past twelve years, Graham has led the development, marketing and deployment of industry-leading technologies in the capital markets and intellectual property arena.  Graham’s software creations are used today in some of the world’s highest-ranking financial and corporate institutions, including Citigroup, Sony, Bank of America, Northrop Grumman, Deutsche Bank, Daimler-Chrysler and many others.  Graham has an excellent record of marrying technology with pragmatic deployments, overseeing initial software creation projects, product integration strategies resulting from acquisition activity and sophisticated project implementation methodology.  Graham’s background makes him uniquely qualified in all aspects of software product valuation and value extraction.  Graham is a citizen of the Republic of South Africa.

David Wolf

A two-time CEO, Dave’s diverse career spans the worlds of entertainment, fitness, education and consumer products.  A turnaround specialist, he has significant experience reorganizing entities in bankruptcy and operating those entities profitably post-restructuring, culminating in divestiture.  Dave has overseen substantial minority-stake investments in several companies, actively steering corporate strategy and guiding C-level executives. He is adept in the management of complex commercial litigation, and he is well-versed in the process of workouts – both debt restructuring and debt-equity swaps.  He has played leading roles in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.  Dave studied Political Science at Duke University and Law at Georgetown University.
